There will be no harassments of any visitor at any time on this website.  Any treatment deemed to be of a harassing nature will be dealt with swiftly.  The blog section is a free speech area however, I expect you to be kind & respectful at all times to one another.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

I ship all my packages through USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.   

Items over the guaranteed amount of insurance by the USPS will be sent signature required. 

 

It is requested if you have a possible claim, you keep all packaging material to show proof of mailing & protection of contents.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Due to the nature of the cloth business, I do not accept returns.  If there is a flaw in my workmanship, I will do my utmost to make right your purchase. 

 

I am careful to describe my items using everyday objects we are all familiar with.  I've also been known to literally pull a Crayola crayon out of a box to name a color or look up swatches online to provide more accuracy.

I describe not only the size, pattern & color but also the texture where applicable.
